PRINTING LOGOS AND OTHER COPYRIGHT MATERIAL

Please note that we are not legally able to print illustrations that contain materials such as logos or characters of which we do not own the rights. For example, we can not print an illustration that contains the Coca-Cola logo. Thanks for your understanding. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We print and fulfill all our products on demand once you place an order. To estimate when you will get your order, we must add the fulfillment time to the shipping time. It takes 2-7 business days to fulfill orders. Your selected shipping method only starts counting once the fulfillment is completed. Our average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the order's destination.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the nature of this product being custom, we do not accept returns other than when the product is damaged or incorrectly printed. *Please note that incorrectly printed means that the product has been printed differently to how the product was designed by the customer.* 

DO YOU OFFER BULK PRICING?

We offer bulk pricing on a very limited basis. Please email merch@turnedyellow.com if you are interested in buying 7+ pieces.

Most U.S. orders are shipped via UPS.
